Meagan V. Kudchadkar focuses her practice on cases
involving automobile insurance and liability, commercial
insurance and liability, construction defects and
accidents, general liability and negligence, insurance
coverage, intentional torts, premises liability,
property and casualty claims, products liability,
rental car issues and claims and subrogation.
Meagan is admitted to practice in Maryland. She received
her J.D. in 2008 from American University Washington
College of Law, where she served as a Student Attorney
for the Civil Practice Clinic and was a staff member
of American University Journal of Gender, Social
Policy & the Law. In addition, she was a fellow
in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Research
Project and taught Constitutional Law at Dunbar
High School in Washington, D.C.
During the summer after her first and second year
of law school, Meagan worked as a law clerk at the
American Bar Association Center on Children & the
Law in Washington, D.C. and Paley, Rothman, Goldstein,
Eig & Cooper, Chtd. in Bethesda, MD, respectively.
During the winter semester of her second year, she
worked as a law clerk at University Legal Services
in Washington, D.C., where she advocated on behalf
of people with disabilities.
Meagan received a B.A. in History in 2005 from Northwest
University. During the summer of 2003, she worked
as a research assistant for Professor Stephen B.
Presser, Raoul Berger Professor of Legal History.
During the summer of 2004, she interned at the Cook
County State's Attorney Office in Skokie, II. She
also served on the Executive Board of Northwestern's
Dance Marathon, the largest student-run philanthropy
in the country.
Meagan was born on August 18, 1983 on Long Island,
NY. She graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall in 2001,
where she played tennis. She currently resides in
Washington, D.C.
