William T. ("Bill") Kennard is an experienced litigator who has been in practice since 1986, coming to the firm in 2001. Bill's experience includes practice before the state and federal courts of New York, Virginia and the District of Columbia, including the local and appellate courts of those jurisdictions, as well as the Virigina Workers' Compensation Commission and the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services. His practice has included advising and defending clients in all types of civil litigation including automobile, general liability, products liability, professional malpractice, workers' compensation and Title VII claims, in both jury, non-jury and appellate levels. His practice includes provision of advice, opinions and representation of clients in litigation concerning insurance coverage issues. Bill is a member of the Virginia, District of Columbia and New York state bars, as well as the federal bars in Virginia and New York.

Bill and his wife, Dorothy, live in Centreville, Virginia, and have three grown children, Jackie, Billy and Jenny.
