Alexander ("Alex") Francuzenko is the newest partner of the firm and is a civil litigator. He is admitted to and actively practices in all the state and federal courts located in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. His practice focuses on representing individuals and entities in the areas of constitutional law, employment law, personal injury, auto tort, commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and subrogation claims. He has represented a number of constitutional officers in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the past eight years. He has lectured and participated in various programs on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia dealing with constitutional, employment and litigation issues. He has also represented pest control companies in various areas, including liability claims, employment issues and corporate matters.

Alex served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John Sause, Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court, Queen Anne's County, Maryland. He received his J.D. in 1993 from the T. C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond. He received his B.A. in International Studies from Towson University in 1990. He is a 1986 graduate of St. John's College High School in the District of Columbia. Alex has been a member of Phi Alpha Delta since 1992. He served on Phi Alpha Delta's International Tribune from 1996 to 2002. He has served on the Executive Board from 2002 to 2008, and has been in the position of International Advocate from 2004 to 2008.

Alex Francuzenko was born on June 8, 1968 in Silver Spring, Maryland and is a lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He currently resides with his wife, Kelli, in Reston, Virginia, along with their two children, Maddie and Nicholas.
